Now coming to the answer, you will have to write a script that replaces that text. It involves editing the ASPX file. If you are ok with that then all you need to do is, to write a script at the end of the ASPX which onLoad of the page will replace the Contact Your MS CRM Administrator with Contact Helpdesk. It is a really simple script, I don’t have access to any IFD deployment right now, so I am not able to provide the exact script. Let me know, if you need help with the script.

Regards,
ChinmayChinmayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04840312975984005682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7333476.post-12102265272699493612009-10-29T15:47:03.109+05:302009-10-29T15:47:03.109+05:30Hi,

I attach the template to the email to a (test) lead and it shows up. BUT.. If I right click the picture and do a properties the picture disapears. The prop. box comes up and even has the URL as being correct. But it still disapears and doesnt come back. This also happens if I just save the email and not send it.

What gets me is it worked for me once. I changed the photo by changing the html code and resaved the file. And did the whole process over. And now it doesnt work.

HELP. :)Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06679541633087886426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7333476.post-52343059526877360842009-08-26T09:48:08.632+05:302009-08-26T09:48:08.632+05:30Hi L,

Hence, in advanced find when you select this column, you will be asked to specify a string value. You wont be able to select "Current User" as you would be able to do for a Owner or Created by lookup column.
So, I created a normal fetchxml using advanced find, and modified the fetchxml directly in the database. I changed <attribute name="myColumn" operator="eq-userid" />.
